Atlanta
Atlanta follows Glover’s character Earnest Marks and his friend and rapper Paper Boi, played by Brian Tyree Henry, as they make their way through the rap scene in Atlanta. The series touches on poignant topics such as racism, white privilege, African-American culture and existentialism.
The first three seasons are available on SBS right now (the third was only released in March 2022) and a fourth has already been commissioned, so we’ll have to wait and see if it ends up on the service too.
Put simply, Atlanta is easily one of the best TV shows on SBS On Demand right now.
